There are basically four stipulations for qualifying.

1) Must be on your job for at least 6 months or transferring to a related job.

2) Must make a minimum of three times the amount of rent.

3) Must have good recent rental history.

4) Must have good or no credit.

The apartment communities like to see that at least 3 of the 4 above are okay. This is a general rule, we can usually locate an apartment to most individuals.
